All returned items must be in original, unused condition. They should not be worn, damaged, altered, or washed. Items must still have all original packaging, tags, and labels attached. Returns are only accepted if the product has not been used in any way, ensuring that it is in a resalable condition.

Exceptions:

Certain items are non-returnable or non-refundable, such as:
Personalized or custom-made items.
Final sale items marked as “non-returnable.”
Items with damaged or tampered packaging that cannot be resold.

Refund Process:

Defective Products:
