Shipping Process:

Domestic (Nationwide):

We process and ship orders within 4 to 5 business days of receiving your order. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, but typical transit times range from 2 to 7 business days after dispatch. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers to ensure reliable and timely deliveries.

International Shipping:

International orders typically take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Delivery times can be affected by customs procedures, your location, and other factors outside of our control. We strive to provide accurate shipping estimates, but please be aware that customs processing in the destination country may cause delays.

Tracking:

Upon shipment, we will send you an email with a tracking number and the carrier information so that you can monitor the progress of your order. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Returns:

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and if for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Timeline:

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item(s). After this period, we will no longer accept returns or issue refunds.

Condition of Returns:

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, and with all packaging, tags, and accessories included. Please note that items that show signs of use, wear, or tampering will not be accepted for a return.

Refund Processing:

Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Non-Returnable Items:

Personalized or custom-made products.
Products with hygiene seals that have been broken.
Gift cards and digital downloads.
